overcooked. pizza is like brown shoe leather! this is the fourth time in the last 2 mos. not eating here again. ever.

They don't want my business. That's what I have to conclude based on the pizza they sold to me yesterday. They use caller ID, so maybe it's personal. If not, they must have a flavored crust quota, and were behind on the Cajun flavoring. They must have put a month's supply on my pizza! They had a great product until about 6-12 months ago. Too bad.
I went in for my first and last visit at lunch today. I ordered a veggie jetsie. I specifically asked for no cheese, butter or oil to be on it at all! I am vegan and have no gallbladder so eating even small amounts of oil can make me quite I'll. As he was putting in my order I again asked the cashier to make sure there was no oil or butter at all on it and he said he would make sure. About 10 minutes later my order was ready. I opened the box and the jetsie was coated in oil. They informed me that "the pans are all greasy and there was nothing they could do about that." They asked if they could "remake it for me" and I asked "what good would that do if you're going to put them in the same pans?" At that point I just asked for a refund since I couldn't eat any of their food since it would all be covered in grease. They told me "we don't give refunds." I asked "why?" They said "they just don't." I then stated that "no where in their establishment does it say no refunds." He then called the manager who again said no refunds. I most genuinely would not ever recommend this place to any of my friends or relatives and I would tell them to go to little ceasars before jets! Super bad customer service! Only go here if you want to give them money for free.
Excellent food always hot always fresh such great service makes me want to call their manager and tell them how wonderful their staff is to me and my family only people in town that I order from because they're the only people who actually do their job and never find hair in my food and always so polite
