I ordered pizza online at 11 am. It was supposed to arrive at 11:45 per my order receipt. it hadn't arrived by 12, but I waited till 12:15 just in case there was traffic. I called and was told it was on its way. The employee also told me the online ordering was faulty and that I should have ordered over the phone. Then they hung up. There is ten min drive between me and the store. 20 min later, I call again and the guy tells me my food just left. again?
My food arrived at 1 pm. Its not hot anymore and my drink is warm. Worst experience ever.
Ordered the 10$ special, large w 2 topping pizza.. Did not put butter cheese on crust even though it is the first thing they see when reading the order ticket. Went back in, and so they decided to put so much butter on the crust it ruined the pizza. Pretty sad when you cant get a simple order correct.. I will not return
My experience with them is always horrible I have ordered them three times one time which I had to have them pick up the pizza from delivery which I've never had to have anybody do before because there was hair on my pizza my pizza is never warm when I get it and I've called them 40 minutes before closing before and they've told me they're not taking any more orders for the night however Jet's Pizza in Haslett was five minutes from closing on the same day and delivered it to my door was super courteous I absolutely love Jets now and will never order from hungryhowies again it's a waste of money and old and cold never been treated so poorly by staff at any pizza place ever I'm not a picky person at all and I've never wrote in a review about any fast food or pizza place. That's how horrible my experience was with hungryhowies in Haslett Michigan also took an hour and 15 minutes to get to my house which is literally a mile away from Reading other people's reviews I see there's more people who have hair in their food often maybe somebody should report them to the Health Department
Regularly (Haslett location) they have forgotten to make my order, forgotten to deliver my order, or been 2 hrs late for unknown reasons. Will NEVER recommend or buy from here again.
