Had a little trouble maximizing the value of my Ulta points, and the cashiers, especially Emma, were extremely helpful. They went so far as to return and rering my items several times to make sure I got the best bang for my buck. I've been to this store many times and am always impressed by how helpful and friendly the cashiers are.

Went to this location (Okemos) on 8/22 around 8pm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable on all products and gave me great advice and recommendations for new items I was nervous to purchase without trying. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchases and grateful for the amazing customer service I received.
I also had a bad salon experience. My girlfl also had to ask her manager how to dye my hair and how to mix the color, when to shampoo it and do the shot treatment she couldnt figure out how to curl my hair the manager had to help her because she couldn't get my hair to curl. Apparently it was her 1st day. If I wanted a cheap hair cut from a student i would of went Douglas J. I paid full price for mediocre service and she also managed to stain a lot of my face and clothing.
