Younger bleach blonde "stylist" is beyond terrible. Boyfriend had his hair cut here today and it's messed up. She didn't even cut the left side of his head. He asked for a shampoo and a cut and she proceeded to have him sit in the chair and picked up the clippers and tried to start cutting his hair. He stopped her and asked if she should wash his hair first. She responded with "Okay, I guess" and then washed his hair.
While cutting his side burns she asked where he wanted them at and he showed her on the left side. When she went to do the right side she asked again and he said to just make them even. Her response to him was. "Well if they're off that's on you." What stylist has the audacity to tell her client if I screw up your hair it's on you? She also didn't dry his hair before using the clippers on him so his hair was getting tangled in them. We went home and dried his hair and the left side of his hair is 2 inches longer than the right. If she is the only "stylist"'available. Go someplace else.
I went in yesterday and the person who cut it did a very poor job. I called today and asked to see someone else and they fixed yesterday’s miskate and made my hair look so cute. I didn’t even have to pay again. Thank you Paige!
do not ever ever ever get your hair cut here! my sister came back to my house looking a mess, they cut half of her hair off, I am really upset. My sister showed them a specific style and instead of the lady telling her she couldn’t do it she tried and messed it all up. I will be back up to that business to figure out who did this.
My experience last week was horrible. The owner called me immediately and apologized. I really appreciated that. I went back tonight to give it another try. Marcia cut my hair and did a great job. My experience tonight was the complete opposite of last week's. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
Terrible service, long wait when there we're no customers in line...Stylists talking to there guest's about random things non work related at checkout making your wait even longer...cannot process a checkout making people wait longer...one stylist turned away a guest while I was here waiting telling them they have a time frame for each haircut and couldn't cut the woman's longer hair but then retracted her statement and said it was 10 more dollars to cut. If that is truly the case the way she positioned the extra 10 dollars was terrible. As I type this I'm still waiting while 2 stylists are doing nothing and 1 stylist is cutting. Me and my kids are the only ones in the lobby. I will not be returning.
