Each time my fiancé asks a question of a particular employee, we receive snarky stand-offish service. Yesterday, 12/21/17, the fellow in the purple polo stated with attitude that "chip readers have been active for about a year now", making it clear he thought it was stupid to ask about how to pay for our game. Oh. So you guys are impervious to issues, right? Your chip reader must never ever malfunction and there could never be a problem with the card on OUR end, could there?
I've honestly never received decent service in your store but this is just childish. Train your employees to treat people like human beings and you might not have lost two customers.
Great GameStop with wide selection of games. Also really good for hardware repair as well.
Other than all of that, it's worth a visit, and they do take great care of their other stock.
Great service with people who are very much in the gaming loop. Unfortunately I made a purchase on an Xbox 360 game with what looks like a small puncture wound on the disc, making it difficult to play. I would hope that the employees take more careful looks at the games they take in.
