Do not like this store! Never find anything and whenever you have a coupon it can't be used for what you want. Wait in line forever..
Went to return an item. Waited in line for 5 minutes at one register to be told they were a specialty area that wasnt directly affiliated with Macy's and could not do a return. Went to a secone register and waited for about 10 more minutes. A lady was assisting another customer with a specific outfit at a cash register. In this time frame 2 other store employees came to get clothes to put in other departments. Meanwhile myself and another customer stood there waiting to be assisted. In the end, the other customer ended up walking away and i ended up leaving the store unable to do my business. After I had to drive 50 minutes from home to do business with Macy's. Not planning to spend my money in there any further.
One of the most frustrating and painful experiences of my life. I called to try to cancel my card... recording after recording after recording taking me to different places. Same at all 3 numbers... asking for the account number... I type it in over and over and over again and each time they "do not recognize it". Is is too much to ask to speak to a human?!!!! I will not shop there again.
I got very good service in both areas that I was in today. They were in shoes and purses. The ladies were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Thank you again for the good service.
Not good! No staff/salespeople around to help with questions I had about an item. Where was everyone! Gone to lunch?! Not like it used to be where there was always someone there asking if you needed any help. Maybe that's why Macy's is closing a lot of stores. No customer service.
