Since I tried Hertz in okemos I don't even consider going back to other rental companies.Dominic and Bryan are always happy to assist me and take care of my 'picky' needs.Great job guys, and thanks for always taking care of us!

Avoid renting from this location at any cost! Paid upfront for the rental vehicle and came to pick up today. I paid for full size vehicle rental but I was given mid-size vehicle, because this was the only vehicle available there. Secondly, once I picked up my rental and went on interstate, my car started to shake and vibrate. Brought back and asked to change it and branch manager refused by saying that he drove himself that vehicle,then I offered him to test drive with him, he again refused. Drover only around 30 miles going on interstate and back. Rental branch wrote that I drove 70 + miles. Worst place to rent a car.
Horrible location, hard to find, policies don't allow people without credit cards to rent cars. Only redeeming quality is Dave, the guy who drove me home after wasting my time and money getting it here. Employee made me look like the inconvenience for wanting a ride home after making it out there (only to be denied a rental).
