I called ahead today to inquire about a rental car and was told the charge on my card when I picked up the car would be $250 that would be a deposit, and I would get back the amount that was over what the actual cost of the rental would be. When I got here he gave me a total of over $400 on my card today and said it is the cost of the rental PLUS a $250 deposit. The representative blamed it on the 3rd party who books their reservations and could not honor the quote I was given. I understand this is a policy, but if they use a 3rd party then they should have the same information that they give to customers. It made for a stressful experience. Also, the policy is crappy. If I wasn't so pressed for time I would have left and gone somewhere else. I'll go somewhere else next time that does good business and gives customers consistent and correct information.
I always have a great experience renting from this location. If they don't have the size car I need, they accommodate me right away. My time is always respected and a obvious priority for the staff there. I recommend this enterprise location for anyone.
Very friendly staff. They upgraded my car fpr free because they ran out of the cheaper ones that I had reserved. The SUV drove like a dream. Drop off was simple. I will rent from them again in the future for sure. 5 star service!
RENTERS BEWARE..! I went on line and searched the Enterprise car rental location in Okemos Michigan. I searched for available full-size cars. I booked my reservation for a full size car. I received a confirmation number with my reservation. I printed off the reservation and I got in my car and drove 30 minutes to the Okemos location. I presented my reservation confirmation and... guess what... no cars available..! NONE..! NOT ONE SINGLE CAR..! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU REALLY NEED A CAR FOR YOUR VACATION OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE..!
I've used the Enterprise service in Okemos multiple times. Each time as the last, the staff has been professional and knowledgeable. The car we rented ended up having an issue. We were able to return the car and drove off with a replacement - no questions asked. Definitely recommend using this Enterprise service.
