Horrible, absolutely horrible. I recently went Thursday for a ground beef burrito bowl, and just checked out of the hospital Saturday for food poisoning. The food definitely didn't seem fresh and all the Ingredients had fallen into each other's containers. I've been going to that location for a year, and can definitely say the service and sanitation has gone down hill. Never in my life will I eat Qdoba again.
All Qdoba restaurants are solid in my opinion but the Okemos one is one of the best. Great food every time and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
I've been going here regularly for over a year now because I love the food so much. It's consistently high quality and the servers can get me in and out in under 5 minutes if it's not too busy. Even when it is busy, the line moves fast. They have friendly servers who frequently remember me and what I like.
Went in for my usual burrito, not only service was horrible but the evening staff was rude and not attentive.
Good quality burrito eats. This location is much better than the east Lansing one. Free guac is always a plus!
