Will not give estimates or round about prices or over the phone. AN ESTIMATE WILL FLUXUATE depending on care provided, everyone knows that. But dont turn customers away that simply want to see if its in their price range. Every other vet in the area gave them. Terrible policy and customer service.
I swear Banfield goes out of their way to hire the most incompetent people on the planet. Pretty sure Jesse and the CSC ate lead paint chips as a child.
Great staff. Dr. Quinn explained everything very thoroughly, and one of the other workers helped show us how to properly clean our pups ears and apply medication.
