Owner is not nice or helpful at all. Borders on being rude, but not quite. Very awkward in the store. She goes by her rules not matter what coupons say. Be warned.
No one greeted me when I entered the store. The store has lots of merchandise but is small and I can't imagine many shoppers being able to visit at once. When I saw the salesperson I greeted her and she looked bored as she replied. My checkout experience was routine. No smiles nor thanking me for coming and saying she hoped I would return. This was not a store I would want to return to if I could go elsewhere. The store that is closing in Lansing township called Kirwins is friendly and always glad to see you. Now I need to find another store as I will not return to the one in Haslett.
