Jeff took all the stress out of home buying for my fiancé and I! This being our first home together, we wanted to make sure we found the right fit. After first meeting Jeff, we knew we had the perfect resource for the task. He got to know us and our goals, and didn't just show us homes to make a sale. He walked us through each of the 3 prospects and showed us the issues or problem areas, what to look for, and how to resolve any issues we may have in a potential renovation. His background and experience in not only real estate but renovation and mortgages made buying our first home a breeze at the perfect price. We can't thank him enough for getting us into our new home!

Couldn’t be more dissatisfied. Was searching for homes without a realtor when we fell upon Zach and Jamie who was showing a home we were looking at. We didn’t want an agent to begin with, but my dad suggested it - so we went along with it. We set up a showing for a house at 5:30pm, Jamie was the one who was going to be there. We get there, and no Jamie. 6pm rolls around and we call Zach, he says he’ll call Jamie. 6:15pm: my dad, mom, newborn son, husband, and myself are still sitting outside the house - but at this time Jeff (i think that’s his name - he’s the owner, also father of Zach) calls us and says he’s going to make sure it’s made up to us with dinner on them TONIGHT, we chose Texas Roadhouse, and he said his son Zach will be giving it to us. 6:30pm: Jamie finally shows. And after that is when things start to get bad. Instead of holding up to his word, Zach didn’t give us the card that day. A week later, it was my birthday so we thought we’d see if the gift card was something we could pick up. Of course, he says he didn’t have it yet. Weeks go by and we finally find the house we want - so I ask Zach again where the card is. He said he “has the card but unfortunately can’t give it to us till closing because we could sue him saying he was bribing us to buy the house.” Yeah, it was that exaggerated and hilarious because his dad had told us he’d get it to us the NIGHT the no show happened. But whatever, my husband, father and I all laughed at his excuse. During the whole closing we barely heard from Zach, it took ages to hear back, and his need to push his financing agent (bob I believe his name is?) was frustrating - my dads words at the end of closing “I couldn’t work another day with Zach nor his buddy. If only his dad knew.” Closing day: No gift card, his excuse? He stopped at lunch time but they weren’t open - so he’d get it to us shortly. But remember, HE SAID HE ALREADY HAD IT LAST WE TALKED. 1 week after closing: I call and he’s RUDE now. He’s got his commission, so what’s the point of being respectful right? He says, “look I’ve got an extremely busy schedule I can’t just go out and get a card for you. I have 7 showings today.” Blah blah blah. “ I’ll mail you the card next week.” 3 weeks later (today): STILL NO GIFT CARD! It’s become a running joke for our family now - which is the only reason I even called after closing. “Will we ever get the gift card?” - every week my father and I will get on the phone and see if we got it, occasionally make a call to see their new excuse. It’s hilarious, just be honest - if you’re not going to hold up to your end of a deal, say it. The company is a joke, they’re 100% only in for the money, can’t hold up their word, no shows, etc. But hey, we got a house out of it - funny enough, WE were the ones who found the house online and set up a viewing... not them. And surely at the snail pace they move, we could’ve negotiated and work with the listing agent ourselves.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Arranged a time to look at a home with Zach and Jeffery. They no-showed us, and wouldn't contact us back to let us know they weren't coming or anything. Sat there for a long time waiting for nothing. Waste of time, and paid our babysitter for nothing.
