This place cannot deliver subscriptions without damaging them, they are discourteous and laugh at complaints, and cannot even get parcels shipped correctly. Monkeys could be trained to do the job perfectly, but these dimwits can't get it right. Complete idiots. That job isn't rocket science.
Although it normally takes a while to get through the line, I would hope that Google users would be more kind in their criticisms! If you cannot write a review without calling someone an unkind name, then you really shouldn't be writing a review. I am always very satisfied when leaving the post office with how I am treated by the employees.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in an apartment and if a larger package is delivered they refuse to leave it even though I've called 5 times going on 6 and explained the situation...cannot pick it up because I take the bus and cannot transport it...told them it was ok to leave since it's no signature required...it has been a week and each time I call I've been assured "it will be delivered today or tomorrow" and "yes it will be left at door"....going on day 8 and no package. Tried calling when they were open tonight and literally let the phone ring for 5 minutes multiple times for almost a half hour...Noone picked up...and they are supposed to be open!!? Worst postal service I've ever seen...it seems no one is accountable. Completely floored at the lack of anyone seeming to give me anything resembling truth when I've called.
I wish online merchants would not use USPS for packages. If I order overnight mail of an item, that means I want it NOW. So if I am not at home LEAVE IT ANYWAY. Instead I have to go to the post office the next day to pick it up?!
very very very bad experience, first time said not here and give me offices paper. Second time just said they can't find it. I don't know how how can they open this long.
