Kai and his entire staff are top notch. The staff at Crossroads focus on providing first class customer service and physical therapy. I first went there in 2013 for a shoulder issue. They helped strengthen my shoulder in preparation for surgery. That reduced my recovery time and has left me with a shoulder that feels like it was never injured. Kai and Lee assisted me through my entire recovery process, focusing on my long term rehabilitation to return to being a typical guy doing stupid things my body is telling me I should no longer do. I have been back for other issues on my other shoulder, an auto accident, and some back issues. I can't rate them any higher than 5 starts, but there should be 6 for Crossroads.
I love Kai Nimtz! He doubles as a detective (I had a unique case), and helped me resolve chronic hip pain...my only regret is that I didn't see him years ago!
Kai and Mary at Crossroads are excellent. Kai immediately diagnosed the cause of my son's leg pain, and after 1 visit he was able to run without pain. Mary was also easy to work with and understanding with our schedule. I felt that my son was well cared for and received excellent treatment in the process.
I have nothing but good things to say about Crossroads! They have helped me through two surgeries on my shoulder. Wonderful therapists and front desk staff. They make you their priority and make you feel welcome. I have worked with several different members of their staff and they are all 5 star physical therapists.
The MOST honest and sincere PT I've dealt with in Lansing, MI. Kai is a FIVE STAR hands-on therapist. His integrity is exemplary and it revealed itself time and again during my physical therapy there for the past couple month. Lee and the front desk are very pleasant vis-à-vis customer service. I will definitely recommend him/his clinic for any PT needs.
