My husband and I visited Olive Garden on Veterans Day and as soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if one of us had been in the military and my husband had been in the Army. So they treated him to a free dinner and it was delicious. But even better was the respect and gratitude about my husband serving in the military we got from our server Faith who was absolutely lovely. It made our day. Every single time we eat at Olive Garden I'm always amazed at the wonderful service but this was even more exceptional.
The food was great had shrimp lasagna. Our waitress was very good,very attentive also the other waiter who boxed up our take home leftovers. He didn't have to but said he was lending her a hand because she also helps him when she has time. It is great that they help each other. They were very polite also.
Great service and very fast with the food! I would loosen the paper towel dispenser in the rest room because it's so hard to get them out but awesome place :). Great employees too!
A long time fan of Olive Garden. This one did not disappoint. Delicious salad and breadsticks as always. Tried three of their tasty soups. Service was good and attentive. Tried their limited time Five Cheese Tortellini al Forno with grilled chicken. It was amazing. Would highly recommend. You also can't go wrong with the build your own pasta.
After calling ahead for our group of 12 to eat dinner at the end of a 12 hour car trip and explicitly stating that we would be fine being split up as long as we could get tables, we arrived to be greeted by a rude group of hosts and hostesses who kept on saying our table was being set up. After we had waited for about 30 minutes, we asked the hostess why we hadn't been seated and that we were fine being seated separately (again) and she rudely tried to tell us that we had said we wanted to be seated together. It was off to a horrible start, but thankfully our waitress, Savannah, swooped in to save the day. Her service was excellent; she was kind, funny, and extremely attentive. Not to mention our service was speedy and our orders were all correct on a fairly busy night. Honestly, I thought this experience was 3 stars maximum if our waitress was amazing, but Savannah went above and beyond, getting that extra star despite the horrible hosts.
