A Mattress company with worst customer service...
I recently found mold inside my sleep number mattress. Being that I am highly allergic to mold, I called customer service right away to have it replaced. When I called customer service, I was transferred to a case manager named Reena. When I told her the problem, she proceeded to tell me that their is no possible way my mattress could have mold in it and that there was nothing she could do for me since it couldn’t be mold. She didn’t even ask for me to send pictures or try to solve the situation. After I got off of the phone with her, I confirmed again that it was mold, took pictures and called customer service back. I then spoke with another lady named Marnya and informed her of what was going on. She did ask for me to send the pictures via email. I have sent the email multiple times and feel as if I am being ignored at this point.
dog chewed the left controller. Bought replacement that is different configuration than purchased originally. Customer car phone support, computer chat web was very disappointing. Website that was all ads (Unrelated ads at that) Will call the 2nd number and see what happens. The new controller is very different.
It wasn't an easy decision to spend $8000 on a Sleep Number, but it turned out to be an excellent long term investment. I've had it two years now and it feels the same as the day I bought it! Previous to this, I'd been wasting $2000 every 3-4 years trying to find a solution to back pain. Thanks to the knowledge of Jolyn (the Store Manager), I decided to buy.
