My experience with this State Farm Agent, has been the greatest. It was and is because of a very special and Knowledgeable agent Cierra that drew me to State Farm it was because of her customer service and knowledge of the business that I brought to them all me auto and home to be Insured. She makes it so they are just a phone call away ! Very hard to find people like her in the customer service end any more. Thank you

Just purchased auto, renters and life insurance through Tony's State Farm office. I'm 24 years old and never really understood the value of having an actual agent for my insurance needs. I have had their service for one year and they are a headache to deal with. Every now and then, my payment changes, and I go talk to their agent, but no one can explain to me clear. I call them to ask about things and they say to get back to me, but they never call back. This happened for a few times. Sometimes they raise my bill and some discounts fall off but I review my monthly bill very carefully and I am lucky enough to find out about it. If I never find out, I could have been paying for that extra for a long time. They just don't know how to do customer service.
