Staff is welcoming and friendly. The team of providers are helpful, thoughful, and answer all of my questions. Appointments run pretty on schedule, I've waited maybe an extra 10mins once.
The people and and facility are pretty nice some docs talk rudely/say snarky comments to the front desk staff. When calling to speak to anyone 99% of the time you will end up waiting several, several minutes for someone to answer unless u leave a message and wait for a call back. I don't like that no one will even answer and ask for u to hold and just go straight to holding makes me wonder if they're even aware I'm waiting. I've waited 30 once and ended up just hanging up because no one ever came to the phone and said anything I think that's rude to leave it up to an automated system or u can leave a message. I mean it can't be that difficult to place someone else on a short hold in order to address other callers.
Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I felt well taken care of and more confident in a healthy pregnancy.
Disorganized staff
The test was quick. I was told the results, and went to check out. I wanted a copy of my preg test. But the receptionist said no, it has to stay. I didn't even look at it. They asked me if I will schedule the next appointment. I said I will think about it and give a call. The receptionist looked liked unhappy. Just left me by the window. I was confused and asked if everything is ok? Am I good to go? The receptionist said ' I hope so'! I literally consider to stay in this place, bc the rest of people were fine, and nice. But I didn't get explained about what s happening, and get so unwelcome in the end. What does 'i hope so' means to a patient?
