I understand it's Labor day and the cashier probably did not want to work that day. However, when you're in customer service, it does not hurt to smile and be pleasant to customers. I certainly felt like I was inconveniencing her by purchasing the products. I had handed her a hot topic bag I found on one of the shelves, obviously another customer had left, and she just grabbed it and threw it to their back counter. Sorry to the other customer if the product in there was fragile.
I went there today expecting to buy one bra. And maybe a perfume. I walked in and was greeted by Michelle. I let her know what I was looking for. She showed me some amazing perfumes. I was looking for the scent Body by Victoria but they don't seem to carry that in stores anymore. She offered to measure me to make sure I got the right size bra but I declined. She was there every time I needed her after that! The store was very busy and ALL of the employees were very calm and kind. And I ended up buying two amazing bras (Tshirt bras) and a small perfume. I only spent $55. Which I was expecting to spend about the same amount for only one bra. Awesome sale! And awesome staff! Definitely will be going back.
Today. I went to this location. I asked for a black 36B bra. I showed her the one I was wearing (light pink with dark pink trim and super soft) and she took me right to wear they were and when I asked about the $35 date bra she took me to them, but I didn't like as much. So I went with the Body by Victoria Bra.
The selection was a little sparse but found some great looking panties for my girlfriend. Can’t wait to see them on. Definitely going back for other things soon.
Store hours state they open at 10. I stood outside for 10 minutes while everyone ignored me. Then they opened the gate halfway and told me they were in a meeting. What a joke!
