I walked in, told them what I needed, no fuss, no hassle, handed me a new kick stand, asked my name, no charge.
Nice and clean store. High end bikes and parts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came in for a new seat post and new bike tube was out very quick. Fair prices great store!

Had the best experience at this shop! My son's bike was having quite a few problems. Brought it into the shop and they took care of it right away for me- as good as new! The service was awesome and they were as friendly as can be. I will definitely be back.
First time bringing in a bike to this store. John answered the phone, very knowledgable and professional. I dropped off my girlfriends bike for a tune up, he greeted me and showed me exactly what the bike needed, told him I needed it by a certain time. Sure enough it was done before the time he promised! Very pleased. Under promise, and over deliver! Perfect running bicycle now!! That's how it should be!! I will be going to American Cycle & Fitness and go to John for my other bike! This place is great!!
Drove over an hour to get there and was definitely worth it.The selection was great and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.I took my new Trek mountain bike home that same day.
