This is THE salon and spa if you're looking for superior service, an excellent, caring staff, and a serene, spa-like environment in the greater Capital area. You're often worried about choosing a new salon when you're accustomed to working with the same stylist/team for a long time, but I couldn't have chosen a better place for all of my hair, skin, and nail needs when I moved here from back East. Best part is that you can work with any of the staff and know you'll leave looking and feeling great! Can't say that about many places from my experience. I strongly recommend going to Anne and her amazing crew at Salon 7. You won't regret it.
All in all she cut my hair better than my previous girl and I'll definitely be coming here from now on. So if you want good conversation and someone who goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want Shauna's your stylist.

I recently needed a haircut pretty bad and the place I usually go to wasn't opened so I scheduled an appointment and got Shauna, I said great a name like that is doomed to shave me bald! Haha.. I popped in I was greeted with a hello and a hand shake and she was very very precise on making sure everything was even and didn't mind that I asked her to go shorter a few times. She's very friendly and has a wonderful sense of humor and personality and always made sure there wasn't any awkward silence plus her being almost as pretty as me wasn't bad either, ha.

I had my first hot stone massage with Monica this past weekend and loved every single minute of it! Monica made sure I was comfortable and was careful to explain every step she was taking along the way. The massage room is beautiful and, with the atmosphere that Monica sets, is perfect for relaxing. The Salon 7 staff were all also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend visiting this salon because it is well worth it!
