The entire company can suck it hard
Great Customer Service. I met with a manager called Jeannette pearson, who provided great customer service.
Just called the local Okemos number to ask a simple questions. I have a timer on my phone. It took me 4:57 seconds to get a voice and it was not a local person. They wanted to transfer me to yet another number that was not local to answer my simple question. I work for a company that deals with several banks in the area and I must say I wish I never had to deal with Bank of America for anything!
